The assistant says a capability is disabled

You turned off the capability that tool depends on. Re-enable it under Data your assistant can read on the Home page, or on the Tools page.

add_wallet_address and remove_wallet_address are missing

The connection is read-only (mcp:read). Remove the connector from your assistant and add it again, approving write access on the consent page.

The assistant reports an authorization error

The connection's tokens expired or were revoked. Reconnect the connector in your assistant's settings. In Codex, run:

codex mcp login sentio

The assistant reports a rate-limit error

Tool calls are rate limited per 10-minute window. Wait a few minutes for the window to reset, then try again.

History says it isn't collected yet

History is collected only for tracked wallets. Add the wallet on the Home page (or ask your assistant to track it); collection starts within the hour.

A wallet or token is missing

• Check that the wallet is tracked on the right chain — an EVM address is tracked per chain.
• Supported chains are Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum and Sui.
• Tokens without a price show no USD value, and Hide < $1 hides dust; clear the checkbox to see everything.

History calls are slow

Each history point is a separate portfolio scan, so a 24h or 7d series can take tens of seconds. Ask about one holding at a time.
